Snappify your iPhone 4S or iPad with iOS7

If you find your iOS device is slower or sluggish, there are a couple settings changes that will snappify it, but it will lose the new slide look with the feathered images:
Go into Accessibility and turn on Increase Motion and Imcrease Contrast. I've done this to my 4S and my iPad Mini.

Was it a great improvement? I don't have either, but am asking for information reasons?
